Graphic Ephemerides
Graphic ephemerides are a powerful tool for visual analysis of the movement of planets and points over time. On the graph, the horizontal axis displays time, and the vertical axis displays the values of the selected astrological parameter. The days axis always starts at midnight of the date set in the selected dial, and the years axis starts on January 1st.
Calculation Types and Parameters
Basic graph settings are configured in the control panel:
- Calculation Type: Allows you to choose the method of unfolding time — Transit, Progression, or Solar Arc Direction.
- Progression Feature: When this type is selected, the “MC method” option becomes available, allowing you to choose the calculation algorithm for progressed angles (MC and AS): “1° per year”, “Solar Arc from MC”, or “Diurnal Arc of MC per year”.
- Object Parameter Type: Determines exactly which values will be plotted on the vertical axis. By default, it is set to Longitude, but the following are also available: Latitude, Right Ascension, Declination, and Speed.
Time Management and Navigation
- Period: Sets the time scale on the graph. Available options range from 12 days to 120 years. The starting year of the period is indicated nearby (when opening the module, it automatically defaults to the year of the current event).
- Navigation: The “Into the future” and “Into the past” buttons shift the graph forward or backward by the selected period. The “Initial time” button instantly returns the graph to the original date.
Selecting Objects for Display
Object control elements participating in the calculation are located at the top of the panel:
- Left column (Dynamic objects): Planets and points whose parameters are calculated dynamically over the specified time period (displayed as curved lines).
- Right column (Natal objects): Radix objects. Their values are constant, so they are drawn as straight horizontal lines on the graph. This allows you to visually track the moments of exact touches (aspects) of dynamic planets to natal points.
Interactive Work with the Graph
- Reading values: When you move your mouse cursor over the graph area, exact information about the time and the value on the vertical axis at that point is displayed in the lower-left corner of the window.
- Aspect Ruler: To quickly determine Ptolemaic aspects, click and hold the left mouse button — a visual scale will appear, allowing you to measure the desired angular distance.
- Zooming: To examine a section of the graph in detail, highlight the desired area with your mouse while holding the ALT key. The Zoomer window can be adjusted via the context menu (“Zoomer window size”). You can also move it around the graph with your mouse. To return to the original scale, press ESC or select “Deactivate Zoomer” from the context menu.
Additional Settings
The settings panel can be hidden using the “Hide settings panel” button 
to expand the useful graphing area.
The following options are available within the panel itself:
- Scale divisions: By default, the scale corresponds to a classic 360-degree circle. However, the number of divisions can be changed depending on the program’s configuration settings. This feature is especially useful for Hamburg School (HSA) astrologers and those working with harmonics.
- Calculation step: A slider that adjusts the precision of calculations. The minimum value is usually sufficient for daily practice. Attention: increasing precision increases the number of calculation iterations. On slower computers with many objects, this can significantly increase the time it takes to draw the graph.
- Line thickness: A slider to visually adjust the thickness of the graph curves to your liking.
Context Menu
- Apply to dial 1-4 - apply the time data corresponding to the cursor position to the selected dial.
- Deactivate Zoomer - if the Zoomer is active, it closes it.
- Zoomer window size - define the width of the zoomer window.

- Color settings - configure colors for various graph elements.
