Aspects Filter

This control element allows you to instantly filter and manage the display of aspects directly on the graphical chart, without entering the general program settings. This is very convenient for focusing attention on specific types of planetary connections when analyzing a horoscope.
Filter options
Using the dropdown list, you can select one of the following aspect line display modes on the chart:
- All: Shows all aspects, parallels, and antiscia permitted in the settings.
- Aspects only: Leaves only classical angular aspects by ecliptic (hiding antiscia and parallels).
- Antiscia only: Leaves only the antiscia (and contra-antiscia) lines on the chart.
- Parallels (latitude) only: Shows aspects by ecliptic latitude.
- Parallels (declination) only: Shows aspects by equatorial declination.
- Parallels (altitude) only: Shows parallels by altitude above the horizon.
- Applying only: Leaves only those aspects on the chart that are still forming (the orb is decreasing).
- Separating only: Shows aspects that have already passed the point of exact conjunction (the orb is increasing).
- Major only: Hides all minor aspects, leaving only the 5 Ptolemaic ones (conjunction, sextile, square, trine, opposition).
- Partile only: Leaves exclusively exact aspects (with an orb of less than 1 degree).
- Do not aspect cusps: Allows you to hide with a single click all aspect lines running from planets to house cusps, leaving only aspects between planets.
- Do not show: Completely hides all aspect lines on the chart.
Tool location: As shown in the screenshot (red arrow), for quick access this filter can be activated and placed on the permanently visible right panel of the main program window.
