Software update v2.13

ZEUS Version 2.13 Released

Multiple improvements to the geomap and some fixes in various modules of the program.

Fixes and New Features

  1. Astrocartography:
  • Restored the ability to change the size of symbols on the geomap.
  • The geomap menu option “Large Scale” has been renamed to “Full Map”.
  • Users can now choose which character separates planets forming parans. By default, it is the ”|” symbol.
  • Markers for all parans are now displayed as symbols rather than abbreviations.
  • Lines for objects in aspect to angles are now calculated only for objects selected to participate in aspectation. Previously, these lines were calculated for all active objects in the dial.
  • A “Show Aspects” option has been added to the geomap context menu (duplicating the option in “Other Settings”) for quick access.
  • Tooltips for paran lines have been restored.
  • Clicking on the icon of any created location now brings up an informational tooltip about it, and the context menu is now accessed normally—via right-click.
  • The font size of tooltips now depends on the selected font size for geomap symbols.
  1. In the “Statistics” calculation module, “Weisberg Levels” have been restored by user request.
  2. In the “Accidental Dignities” module, a logical flaw was fixed where an object could be considered combust while simultaneously having the Cazimi dignity. Also, in the accidental debilities section, the “Combustion” and “Under the Sunbeams” rows were swapped.
  3. When the “Show stars only in conjunction” option is activated in the extra-objects catalog, only stars in conjunction with objects of the dial that the star dial is aspecting are shown, rather than objects of the dial with the same name.
  4. Edited sets in the extra-objects catalog would not save if objects were added via drag and drop instead of the arrow button. Fixed.
  5. More accurate English translation for certain menu items.
