Sky Sphere Settings

(Settings menu/Sky Sphere)

There are 4 tabs in the Sky Sphere settings window.

MAIN tab

Here you can choose:

• The house system (Regiomontanus, Placidus, Campanus, Without houses (the borders of houses will not be shown on the sphere));
• Coordinate system (Horizontal, Equatorial);
• A set of lots;
• A set of stars;
• Adjust the transparency of the Sphere.

CHOICE tab

Here you can choose which elements of the sphere to show. For stars, you can set the minimum stellar magnitude from which the stars will be shown.

SIZES tab

Here you can set the font sizes of the names of stars, poles of the Sphere and hints. And you can also set the sizes of objects and their names, as well as the sizes of zodiac symbols separately.

PALETTE tab

Here you can set colors for all the elements of the Sphere. At the same time, the color palette can be saved and read from files.

The Sphere palette files are located in the program folder "sets/SpherePaletteSets".
