Datafiles Database

The left side shows files and folders. Events are saved to files, and files can be grouped into folders. All manipulations with files and folders (creation, copying, pasting, renaming...) are performed via the context menu.

Context menu of folders and files:

Block Analytics should be highlighted separately. This block allows you to identify patterns among the selected events. Before that, you need to select one or more files with events participating in the analysis.
Before starting the calculation, the user is prompted to enter the "Threshold" parameter, which serves to cut off those results whose percentage of repeatability is less than the specified value. Thus, it is possible to cut off uninformative information. You can also filter the events involved in the analysis by their value of the Rodden rating.

While being analyzed:

In the future, this calculation will be supplemented by analytical methods. For example, in the queue, the relationship of objects with each other.

By selecting a specific file in the Database, in the right part we will see a list of events that it contains. By default, this list is arranged in the order it is stored in the file. If you need to sort by some other parameter, you can click on the header of the corresponding column. Clicking on the same header again will sort the events in the opposite direction.

Rows with events can be dragged with the mouse within the list of events.

If there is a comment in this event, it will be shown at the bottom of the window.

The relative distances between these parts, as well as the parameter columns, can be changed. To do this, hover the mouse pointer over the border between the necessary areas, and as soon as the cursor changes, click on the left mouse button and pull in the right direction.

Various manipulations can be performed with events from the list. To do this, open the context menu (right-click on the desired event).

Datafiles Database Thus, the selected event can be applied to a specific circle, deleted, edited, copied, cut, pasted and saved. The last two points are relevant when there is an event in the clipboard. The difference between them is the following:

Upload to the event pool — puts the selected events in the event pool. At the same time, a choice will be offered - whether to replace all current events with the selected ones, or add the selected ones to the existing ones. At the same time, the "Close window" option determines whether to close this window after importing copying events to the event pool.

Copy, the selected event records are placed on the clipboard.

Cut, the selected event records are placed in the clipboard, from where they can then be moved to any other place in the database. At the same time, they are deleted from the previous lines.

Paste — inserts events from the clipboard that were previously copied or cut into the line below the selected event.

Edit — edit the event.

Delete — delete selected events.

Font — the ability to change the font of this window.

Above the list of events there is a line showing the full path of the selected event.

Various types of charts can be built from the Database for selected events. To select consecutive events, click on the first event, press and hold the SHIFT key, and then click on the last event. If the rows with events are not contiguous, press and hold the CTRL key, and click on each of the events that you want to highlight.

It is possible to quickly search for events in the current file by a given fragment of the event name or comment.
